”— MaggieBilly Creel's house is located in Megaton just past Moriarty's Saloon on the upper level. It is inhabited by Billy Creel and his adopted daughter Maggie. Harden Simms can be also be found following Maggie here quite often. Taking items from this location is considered stealing which will result in loss of Karma.

Entering the house, to your right is a table with two chairs. To your left side, the partition with the door is a bedroom with a suitcase at the foot of the bed. A locked safe is located in the floor to the right of the refrigerator, and initially has an orange traffic cone on it. It is possible to convince Maggie to divulge the combination with the Child at Heart perk, otherwise you'll have to lockpick it, however this does not effect Karma loss.
On the second floor, there is an open-end bedroom with a stool next to it, and a desk close to the rail.

The combination safe in the floor of Billy's home is a reference to the television show Lost; the numbers 15, 16, 23, 42 being the numbers that unlock his safe.
