It is inhabited by Billy Creel and his adopted daughter, Maggie. Harden Simms can be also be found following Maggie here quite often. Taking items from this location is considered stealing which will result in loss of Karma.
Entering the house, to the right is a table with two chairs. To the left side, the partition with the door is a bedroom with a suitcase at the foot of the bed. A locked safe is located in the floor to the right of the refrigerator, and initially has an orange traffic cone on it. It is possible to convince Maggie to divulge the combination with the Child at Heart perk, otherwise one will have to lockpick it, however this does not effect Karma loss.
On the second floor, there is an open-end bedroom with a stool next to it and a desk close to the rail.
