Bill Seward is a runaway slave in the Temple of the Union in 2277.

Background

Born in 2223,[1] Bill Seward spent the majority of his life as a slave, but escaped when he accidentally killed his masters daughter. After escaping he eventually found Temple of the Union where he now resides.
