Big Brained is a perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Obtaining
Convince your brain to return to your body or convince it to come back to The Sink while you deal with the Think Tank and after the completion of the DLC, you can have your brain reinserted into your body. This perk replaces Brainless.
Effects
Your head can no longer be crippled, your Damage Threshold is raised by 10% permanently, and you have an added 10% resistance to chem addictions.
Notes
- Compared to the Brainless perk, you gain an additional 5% Damage Threshold, at the cost of -15% Chem Addiction, with your head still being unable to be crippled.
