Characteristics
Notably, Berry Mentats do not have the Perception bonus that normal Mentats bring, thus it only increases Intelligence.
Locations
Archives prize vouchers, found in the National Archives, can be redeemed for Grape Mentats, Orange Mentats or Berry Mentats.
The Lone Wanderer can obtain any of the flavors by answering a series of historical questions.
