Ben is deceased courier found in the Commonwealth in 2287.
Background
Ben[1] was working as a courier for Edward Deegan and Jack Cabot, running packages from Parsons State Insane Asylum to Cabot House prior to his death at the hands of raiders. The Sole Survivor can find their corpse along the road between Parsons State Insane Asylum and Parsons Creamery during the quest Special Delivery.
