Become an initiate is a quest given by Cabbot of the Brotherhood of Steel to retrieve a holodisk from the Glow.

[edit] Walkthrough

Buy two Rad-X and take them as soon as you arrive at the Glow. Use a rope to descend into the crater. Move around the first level of the facility until you can search the corpse wearing Power Armor to get the holodisk. Return it to Cabbot and you are now an initiate.
