The bandana is a piece of headwear in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

The bandana is a large handkerchief which is rolled and tied around the forehead. It provides no Damage Threshold but does grant a +1 bonus to Perception. It can be repaired with other bandanas.
