Badger is one of the vagrants on the Poseidon Oil tanker in San Francisco. He's known by his crew members to be a nice guy but to outsiders a rude, stubborn fellow (this is probably where he got his nickname from).

When The Chosen One arrived he refused to help him until he found his girlfriend, Suze.
