The auto-cannon is an autonomous defence turret equipped with twin minigun cannons and relatively heavily armored. They are usually part of an automated defense system. Despite their fearsome araments, someone loaded up on Psycho can survive longer ranged attacks.

They can be found at such locations as Navarro, just like the gun turret and can also be found in such pre-War locations as the Sierra Army Depot.

Fallout Tactics

In Fallout Tactics there are a very similar turrets though they only have one barrel. They either use 7.62mm ammunition, .50 cal ammunition or fire rockets. They are met during the final chapter missions.
