From The Vault
Ashur's Power Armor is a stylized variant of the T-45d Power Armor owned by Ashur, the leader of the Pitt Raiders. It is visually identical to Tribal Power Armor obtained from Everett by returning all 100 Steel Ingots.
Through years of misuse, makeshift repairs with whatever materials available and constant use, it is a rusty, highly stylized suit of power armor. The left arm of the suit was replaced with the sleeve and glove of the Raider Iconoclast Armor, a brahmin skull substituted for the left pauldron and various bits and pieces of metal were used to patch holes in the structure of it.

The following is a comparison of Ashur's Power Armor and the Tribal Power Armor.

- The player can kill Ashur for his Power Armor.
- If the Player sides with the Slaves during Free Labor, then when the Trogs are let loose, the player can take the Armor from his corpse after the Trogs kill him. Note that Ashur may still win the fight with the Trog horde, especially at high player levels since he levels with the player. In this case, the player will have to finish him off to get his armor.
- Although it is hard, the player can obtain Ashur's Power Armor by reverse-pickpocketing a set of fully-repaired Tesla Power Armor or as usual something better than what he's wearing onto Ashur. Wearing the Chinese Stealth Armor or using a Stealth Boy makes it significantly easier.
- If you side with Ashur you can still get his armor without reverse pick pocketing - hack into his turret computer and you can get his turret to kill him while you wait in the back room. Turn off the turret, go out and loot his body, none of the guards will have turned hostile. (You should pickpocket everyone's ammo first so they don't shoot the turret before Ashur is killed. Ashur may still have a shot left after you steal his ammo, so to take care of that just shoot him once and wait for him to fire, then holster your weapon to make everyone friendly again.)
- The player can repair Ashur's Power Armor with Power Armor, Brotherhood Power Armor, and Outcast Power Armor. The armor can also be repaired when speaking with any typical NPC that fixes weapons and armor, although the armor may need to be significantly damaged (except in the case of Crazy Wolfgang after investing in his caravan).
- Ashur's Power Armor will display a Raider Iconoclast Armor emblem when the item is viewed in the Pipboy.
- If you speak to Midea or Werhner while wearing this they will compliment on how good your new "Trophy" looks on you.
- If the player sides with Ashur during the final quest and lets Midea live and enters conversation with her while wearing the Power Armor, regardless of how it was obtained, she will remark that you have replaced Ashur completely, and that you're just the same as "the old boss".
- Ashur's Power armor can be used without power armor training(Attempted one on Xbox360)
[edit] Behind the scenes
- The armor is dark with gold colored plates. This is likely a reference to Pittsburgh's official colors, Black and Gold, which transfer to all of their sports teams such as the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.
