The armored personnel carrier is a drivable vehicle in Fallout Tactics.
Characteristics

The armored personnel carrier is an original design from the Brotherhood of Steel and is a heavily armored personnel transport. Twin tracks carry the vehicle over most terrain and also provide for a very small turning circle. It is slow so once it's caught out in the open it's a bit of a sitting duck for heavy artillery. It is used during the mission in St. Louis by the Warrior.
