The arc welder is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It also appears in the Van Buren tech demo game files.

It is a gray, metallic, gas-filled cylinder, with a red banner painted around the middle of it. At the top end, there is a nozzle with an ignitor, which converts the gas into flames.
