Angus was the founder of the Hub.
Background
In 2093 he set up a camp around a filthy oasis in the desert, proceeding to trade with other settlements. Soon after, in 2120 Angus established himself as governor of the growing Hub. Five years later he managed to stop an attempt made by the Vipers to raid the Hub. Sadly in winter of the same year, Angus was murdered by an unknown assailant, throwing the Hub into chaos.
Appearances in games
Angus was never mentioned in any of the Fallout games. His only appearance is in the Fallout Bible timeline.
