Angry Rick is the bartender of Junction City's bar, The Pit, in 2197.
Background
Angry Rick is a boyfriend of sorts of Casey Barrett and hates the Brotherhood. When the warrior comes, he reveals that he has the Robot Actuator, a part of a robot the Brotherhood needed, and that he won't give it to them. He speaks rudely about the Brotherhood but when confronted he asks for forgiveness and gives the robot part to the warrior.
