Angela Williams is researcher found in Camp McCarran terminal building in 2281.

Background

She was raised on a cattle ranch further out west and explains that, despite her education, she will never be able to lose the "twang" in her accent. She is the head researcher on the Dam Project and is not fond of Dr. Hildern. She highly admires Keely and opens up the optional quest to find her.
