The Anchorage Front Line was the frontline of the land war between China and the United States of America. It was established in 2059 by the United States of America to protect its oil interests, as Alaska is the site of major oil pipelines. From the start it was a source of tension between the United States and Canada, which in the end was one of the causes for Canada's annexation.

The Anchorage Front Line was the site of major fighting from the winter of 2066, when China invaded from the north, until an unspecified point of time when Alaska was lost to China. This point was probably after the last mention of the Alaskan Pipeline in January 2076. Alaska was retaken on January 10 2077 and the Anchorage Front Line was re-established.
