The Alien worm food is an ingestible item added to Fallout 3 in the Mothership Zeta add-on. It is a strange worm-like creature that serves Aliens as food.

Effects

• Alien Worm Food replenishes your health by 5 HP.

Notes

• The worm food is weightless.
• The worm food is devoid of rads.
• The player character suffers no ill effects from consuming the worm food.
