Alien biogel is an ingestible item added to Fallout 3 in the Mothership Zeta add-on.

Effects

Alien biogel restores a minimum of 18, up to a maximum of 30 Hit Points based on the Medicine skill (36 with Fast Metabolism).
Biochemical Anomaly

Both the alien and adapted biogel have a 50% chance to cause one of ten random effects for 30 seconds.
The ten "Biochemical Anomaly" effects are as follows:
- -1 Intelligence
- -1 Perception
- -1 Endurance
- -1 Agility
- +5 Radiation per second (can be reduced with Radiation Resistance)
- -10 Radiation per second
- +5 Hit Points per second
- +10 Max Action Points
- +2 Strength
- +2 Agility

- In some alien crates aboard Mothership Zeta.
- It also can be found on alien workers and abominations.
- Usually at least one found on a table in small rooms throughout the ship. These rooms are most likely living/dining quarters for the aliens.
- Sally can provide 1-3 of these when asked if she's found anything on the ship after completing This Galaxy Ain't Big Enough....
