The air hammer gun is a cut content weapon in Fallout 3. It was first revealed when Bethesda released all concept art made by Adam Adamowicz.
Characteristics

The gun itself is cylinder-shaped with a small round opening at the end. In some concept art it has a handle. A tube goes from the gun to a large machine strapped to the back of the carrier.
