Agatha is the storyteller of Shady Sands in 2161.


Agatha is an old woman (the oldest person in Shady Sands), wrinkled and gray, yet has a spry step and a bright personality. It is her job to keep the town's history so the people will never forget. Just like Aradesh, she is a follower of Dharma.

  • Rescue Tandi from the Raiders: Agatha has a supernatural sense of other people's well-being[1], especially for Tandi. She is the first to notice when Tandi goes missing from the community. She tells the Vault Dweller that she feels it was a kidnapping.

  • Agatha's psychic senses are somewhat like Hakunin's from Fallout 2, however she cannot communicate with people through dreams.

Agatha was to appear in Fallout, however, she was cut from the final game for unknown reasons, but is mentioned in Tandi's dialogue file. Agatha's dialogue file can still be found in master.dat, though it is unused.
