Notes
- Kills made with Paciencia, the Medicine Stick, hunting revolvers, the Ranger Sequoia, or the La Longue Carabine are all confirmed to count towards this challenge. The Survivalist's rifle does not count towards the challenge despite being a unique service rifle, as DLC cannot interact.
- Despite being part of Caesar's Legion and being unique (i.e., non-generic characters), the following NPCs do not count towards this challenge: Disguised Frumentarius, Legionary blacksmith, Legionary instructor, and the Legionary main gate guard.
- To use Silus to progress this challenge, he must be released during Silus Treatment, as none of the required weapons can be brought into his cell.
- This challenge is not repeatable.
Behind the scenes
The name of this challenge is a reference to Richard Overton's 1646 pamphlet An Arrow Against All Tyrants, which inspired the American Constitution. It also alludes to the embossment on the barrel of the Ranger Sequoia: "For Honorable Service Against All Tyrants". This second allusion is further supported by the fact that all listed weapons are typical issue for the NCR Army or Ranger corps.
