Aerotech office park is a location in the Mojave Wasteland, located east of Camp McCarran and south-east of NCR Sharecropper Farms.
Background
Aerotech office park is a refugee camp run by the NCR. Based in an old office park, it offers free housing, food, water, and basic medical treatment for NCR citizens who are down on their luck at the casinos in the Strip and other refugees who need help. Bert Gunnarsson and Captain Parker take care of managing the refugee camp. Despite Captain Parker's efforts many of the refugees are exploited through chems and crooked gambling.
Layout
The office park is walled off from the wasteland and consists of a central courtyard with a NCR tent and two office buildings around on the sides.

Notes
- It is not uncommon for the junkies inside to attack companions without any provocation. They will be friendly to you though. A way to avoid confrontation is to tell companions to wait outside.
- Aerotech office park has an unusually large junk door allowing access to the park. When compared to the player in third person it appears almost three times the size of the player.
- A locked restroom with a .357 magnum alongside a skeleton indicates that a suicide occurred long ago.
Appearances
Aerotech office park appears in Fallout: New Vegas.
Bugs
- When approached from the east you will notice some large pieces of metal up against the side of the building. To the left of those pieces of metal is a broken down fence. If you place something to stand on (Apparel, ammunition box, etc.) in front the piece of metal on the left side, you can jump into the building.
