The advanced tool kit was going to be a miscellaneous item in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3.
Background
The advanced tool kit was to be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001 and is a component item for creating magnetized threads, which allow S.O.R.-1000 Alpha to accompany the player to the Command Center going accross the inner hull supports.
