	Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics requirements Level 6 Strength < 10 ranks 1 effects Gain +1 Strength when you drop below 50% of your max HP Lionheart requirements Level 5 ranks 1 effects Gain +1 to Agility and +20 evasion if your HP drop below 50%. Gain an additional +1 to Agility along with +1 melee dmg and +10 evasion if your HP drop below 25%.
