Abraxo Cleaner is a common item found throughout the Wasteland, it seems to have been used before the Great War to clean things like a toilet, a Food Sanitizer, removing rust and more. Paladin Vargas has found another practical use for it: mixed with water it takes Super Mutant blood right off Power Armor. Mister Handy trusts only Abraxo for all cleaning needs

Abraxo Cleaner is located throughout the Capital Wasteland, The Pitt, Point Lookout and Adams Air Force Base.
In the Takoma Industrial plant you can find the largest amount of Abraxo Cleaner in any single place.

The most Abraxo Cleaners you will ever need for Nuka Grenades will be about 120 boxes. The rest can be dropped, sold, or used as ammo. Also, if you are going to use some Nuka Cola Quantums to make Mississippi Quantum Pie, this number will drop even lower. If you however have the Broken Steel DLC, you can choose the Quantum Chemist Perk, which will provide you with an essentially infinite supply of Nuka-Cola Quantum. Otherwise, it's pretty useless.

Abraxo Cleaner may be a reference to Boraxo which is a brand of powdered hand soap, and on the box in the game it says it is powdered as well, adding to the reference. Plus it shares most of the letters of Boraxo.
