Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865) was the 16th president of the United States and the first Republican nominee to win the office, serving from 1860 to 1865. Although known for many things, his emancipation of the slaves is a very important aspect of his presidency to people in the Capital Wasteland, particularly to those who are part of the Temple of the Union. On the other hand, the slavers seek to destroy as much of his legacy and his personal effects as possible, presumably to quash any potentially dangerous ideas about emancipation, and occupy the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. to that effect.

- The ruins of the Museum of American History have a wing dedicated to Lincoln, featuring a number of items that can be sold to either the escaped slave Hannibal Hamlin, the slaver Leroy Walker, or the historian Abraham Washington in Rivet City, who has named himself in a tribute to Lincoln and George Washington.
- A shrine to Lincoln can be found in the basement of Arlington House.
- In addition to the non-usable artifacts in the Museum, it is also possible to recover two equipabble items that once belonged to Lincoln, Lincoln's repeater and Lincoln's hat.
