Abel is one of the Master's super mutants, stationed inside the Mariposa Military Base around 2161. He stands guard at what appears to be the primary living quarters of the base.
Background
He is quite stupid. Like most other West Coast mutants, he probably lost a tidy sum of his brain mass after being dipped in the vats.
