A Matter of Heart is a damage challenge in Fallout: New Vegas.

The player must cripple 100 enemy torsos.

Grants the player 75 XP upon completion.

This challenge is repeatable.
When using Unarmed weapons the normal attack in V.A.T.S. is most likely to hit the enemy torsos.
