A Matter of Heart is a damage challenge in Fallout: New Vegas.
Challenge requirements
The player must cripple 100 enemy torsos.
Effects
Grants the player 75 XP upon completion.
Notes
- This challenge is repeatable.
- When using Unarmed weapons the normal attack in V.A.T.S. is most likely to hit the enemy torsos.
