A Goods Defense is a radiant side quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

Quick walkthroughEdit

Nuka-World radiant quest: A Goods Defense
Ask Mason, Nisha, or Mags Black for a job.
Accept the job.
Travel to the marked location in the Commonwealth.
Meet with the raider gang crew.
Eliminate all of the attackers in the area.
Report back to the quest giver.
Reward: 75 XP
~250 caps

Detailed walkthroughEdit

Upon acquiring the quest from either Mason, Nisha, or Mags Black, the player character must travel to the marked location in the Commonwealth, and join a team of gang members sent by the gang leader to guard the place. Upon getting close to the gang crew, a group of attackers will immediately move in to attack, and the player character must then eliminate them, or let the gang do it. Once the area is clear, return to the gang leader for a reward.

NotesEdit

  • If the quest tells that you have to defend against the Brotherhood of Steel, killing them will not effect your relationship with them.
  • It is possible to silently kill all gang members for their loot (like their handmade rifles, unique to Nuka World) without the rest of the gang or the gang leader(s) in Nuka World becoming hostile towards the player character.
  • If Cache-ing In is also active, it is possible to have both gang members and enemy groups related to both quests stationed in the same place, possibly making the battle confusing.
