Background
Officer A. Jeanette was an officer in the Serial Homicide Division of an unknown federal agency working on the Nuka-Killer case in 2077. The three homicide victims, Yavits, Gonzales and Wright, all had Nuka-Cola bottlecaps placed in their eye sockets, as well as water-damaged clothes.[1]
