- 12 are for sale at Hassan after completing the Great Bend mission, another 12 pieces after the mission in Newton.
- Coldwater - 6 grenades in possession of one of the deserters and Father Donald has 6 in his inventory.
- Canyon City - 6 grenades can be found on the workbench.
- Scott City - can be found on two robots with grenade launchers.
- Cheyenne Mountain - 15 grenades on three robots with grenade launchers.
