The 1st Recon assault armor is a piece of armor in Fallout: New Vegas. Boone's 1st Recon Assault Armor is designed to provide snipers with maximal protection while deployed on aggressive missions in hotly contested zones. It will not count against his carrying capacity.

Characteristics

It provides a damage threshold of 15 and can be repaired with NCR Armor.

This armor is a darker version of the standard NCR trooper armor with the 1st Recon patch on the sleeve, and pants more like the merc grunt outfit or wasteland doctor fatigues (minus bloodsplatter)

Locations

Only available to Boone. Obtained after completing his side quest, I Forgot to Remember to Forget.

Appearances

The 1st Recon assault armor appears in Fallout: New Vegas after completing the sidequest I Forgot to Remember to Forget.

You can obtain and wear this armor by using the commands player.additem 00140c39 1 and then player.equipitem 00140c39
