The .45 autoloader is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It also appears in the Van Buren tech demo game files.

Unused models and icons in the tech demo's files indicate that it could be modified with an extended magazine, a silencer, or both.

• While it doesn't appear in the Van Buren tech demo, it is still present in the game files and can be spawned with the console command CreateEntity Weapons45_Autoloader.wea.
• While the modified variants also doesn't appear in the Van Buren tech demo, they are still present in the game files and can be spawned with the following console commands, but they remain as non-functional weapons.
