.45 AP silencer is a weapon mod for the .45 Auto pistol in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

Effects

Attaches a silencer to the barrel of the .45 Auto pistol, which reduces noise generated by firing the weapon. A small downside is that it slightly obstructs the player's view while aiming; though this usually isn't a problem, it can be somewhat detrimental to your accuracy at longer ranges.
