$20 NCR is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
$20 NCR appears as a paper bill similar to a US $20 bill. It features a picture of First Ranger Seth on the face of the bill.
As with any form of currency in Fallout: New Vegas, $20 NCR is not affected by the player's Barter skill. The currency will always be valued at 8 caps, regardless of whether the player is buying or selling.
Locations
$20 NCR can be found on numerous types of NPCs, including powder gangers, NCR Troopers, and merchants. It will never be found on members of Caesar's Legion.
Casinos will exchange Poker chips for any denomination of currency desired. Exchanging a moderate number of poker chips for NCR money may give you at least one $20 NCR bill.
